We are staunch advocates for internet privacy. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may place limited functional cookies necessary for site security and performance. No personal data is collected through our website.

We do not collect any personal data or usage data through the app. The app contains no analytics, tracking, or telemetry, and does not transmit information about how you use it. As an app developer, we receive only very limited information from Apple, who acts as our distributor via the App Store. Apple does not share personal details such as your real name, address, or Apple ID with us. For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, Apple provides us only with a randomly generated Subscriber ID, which allows us to manage subscription status without accessing any of your personal information. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy. The only time we receive information directly from you is if you choose to contact us by email for support, in which case we have access solely to the information you include in your message.

When you choose to play an artist video within the music player, the video loads through YouTube (Google LLC). In that instance, YouTube may collect information such as your IP address in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We have no access to or control over data collected by YouTube.

2. How We Use Your Information

Because we do not collect personal or usage data, we have no such information to use, share, or sell. We use the limited, non-identifying Subscriber ID provided by Apple only to deliver daily verses and devotional audio to active subscribers and to manage subscription status. If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide solely to respond to your request and assist you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. No user data is shared with outside parties for advertising or marketing purposes."

4. Data Security

Apple takes extensive measures to protect your information at the platform level. Any emails you send directly to us may stay on our email vendor's server unless you request immediate deletion, which we will perform promptly.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You may request that we delete any personal data you have provided to us, and we will do so promptly upon request. For our apps, you can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for users aged 13 and older. Because we do not collect any personal or usage data from anyone, we do not collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly (for example, by emailing us for support), please contact us and we will delete that correspondence.
