Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App operated by Olive Hill Publishing, LLC. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a daily devotional app offering original hand-illustrated content, companion Bible verses, audio narration, and original music compositions. Each day features a unique devotional tied to real-life situations. Content is released on a daily basis and is intended to be experienced as a daily practice.

The App is available exclusively through the Apple App Store. These Terms of Service are hosted on olivehillpublishing.com for reference purposes only. The website itself does not provide access to or distribution of the App.

3. Subscription & Access

Access to the App's content requires an active monthly subscription. The following terms apply:

Price: $3.99 USD per month, following a 3-day free trial.

Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Your Apple ID account will not be charged during the trial period. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

Billing: After the trial period, your Apple ID account will be charged $3.99 USD per month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Content Access: Active subscribers have access to the current day's devotional content and up to three prior days. Content is not archived beyond this window. This rolling access model is intentional and designed to preserve the daily devotional experience.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of an active subscription period.

Managing Subscriptions: Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel or modify your subscription, visit Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to original hand-illustrated artwork, written devotionals, audio narrations produced under commercial license, and original music compositions licensed to Olive Hill Publishing, LLC — is owned or licensed by Olive Hill Publishing, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and listen to content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, extract, reverse engineer, or repurpose any content from the App in any form without express written permission from Olive Hill Publishing, LLC.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended personal devotional purpose. You may not attempt to extract, copy, or redistribute app content, circumvent subscription access controls, use the App for any commercial purpose, or engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the App or its users.

6. Apple App Store

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms of Service and bears no responsibility for the App or its content. All billing and subscription management is handled by Apple in accordance with their terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer

The devotional content in the App is provided for inspirational and personal spiritual enrichment purposes only. It does not constitute professional religious, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Olive Hill Publishing, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App or its content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olive Hill Publishing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
